Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days. If there happens to be any delay or we sell out of stock, then we’ll be in touch to let you know about lead times, offer alternatives or a full refund.
Delivery times may exceed the standard 5-7 we aim to provide at certain busy times of year. The cut off date we can confidently provide delivery for Christmas is the 15th of December.
Delivery is free in the UK for all orders over £150*. If your order is less than £150, we ask for a £4.95 contribution towards the delivery in the UK. Please note, if you'd like items to be shipped overseas, you'll need to call us on 0207 831 1210 first.

We’ll always do our utmost to make sure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. However, we can’t accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances out of our control

We can not offer free delivery on orders after the 15th of december with confident delivery for before Christmas.
If you wish to return your product(s), we recommend that you first call us on 020 7831 1210 or email us at email@example.com.
We’ll issue you a full refund as long as your product(s) are sent back to us within 28 days and they haven’t been worn outside of your home and are in a resalable condition in the original packaging.
Please note, for any returns you’ll have to cover the cost of postage back to our store. Once your return has reached us, we’ll look to process your refund or send out your exchange item as soon as possible.
If you want an exchange and your size is not available anymore, we will contact you by email via which you can choose another item or a refund. The overall expected time for an exchange can be up to 7 working days from us receiving the item.
