Indigofera

Indigofera is the Latin name for the genus of over 750 plants, a few of which the natural Indigo dye is derived from. Famous for it's deep purple-blue colour, it has been used in dying fabrics for more than 1500 years and is at the heart of this Swedish company's ethos.

Taking inspiration from the 50's & 60's, Indigofera designs clothing based on classic key items from this period, tweaking them ever so slightly to suit a modern market.

With an emphasis on attention to detail, quality of components and construction, fabrics are sourced and specially woven in Japan, U.S.A & Europe and manufactured in specifically chosen European factories, each piece is as enduring in style and it is a durability.

Their clothing is made to be worn and last, taking what ever comes its way and which will look the better for it.
