Buzz Rickson 1930’s/40’s Chambray Workshirt White

The blue-collar workers white collar shirt. The same classic shape and detailing as the blue collar USN chambray shirt but is a crisp off-white 100% cotton chambray. Chambray, taken from the French 'Cambrai', a small region in France where the cloth was first woven, it consists of different coloured, dense finely woven thread making up the warp and weft giving these shirts their light but durable qualities. 

This version of a classic made in a traditionally smarter off white colour is at home in the boardroom as it is on the factory floor, but don't be fooled it's as durable and hardy as the USN offering.

• 100% cotton chambray fabric specifically woven on traditional shuttle looms
• Spear point collar stand construction (for a smarter shape)
• Double stitched seams for durability
• Two buttoned patch chest pockets, with pencil slot
• Selvedge gusseted tail seams with authentic chain-stitch runoff
• Buttoned front placket with Bakelite-style buttons
• Heritage style Rayon/Cotton woven labels

These shirts tend to run up on the small side, most customers go one size up from their normal sizing.
