Established in 1845 the U.S. Naval Academy is second oldest of the American service academies and sponsors over 30 teams at varsity and club level. Called the Midshipmen, or the ‘Mids’ the teams cover a ranger of sport, one of which is of course baseball.
This cap is a reproduction of the ‘Mids’ 1959 ball cap and features the Academy’s colours of yellow and blue and ‘N’ emblem, made from 100% lambs wool with a horsehair buckram crown with a cotton sweat band, correct green satin under-visor and leather strap & cinch size adjuster.
