Originally being part of a three-piece set consisting of a jacket, dungarees & hat all made from the same ‘Jungle Cloth’ windproof and water resistant Bedford cord shell and double faced Alpaca lining they were made for working above deck in exceedingly harsh weather conditions at sea. Buzz Rickson make an superbly detailed reproduction of the 1947 issued version, with the correct weight double-faced Jungle-Cloth outer shell and woven Alpaca/wool blended lining, and faithfully reproduced components such as period correct zips and buttons.
