This model is produced to the same shape as the original Levis 501XX 1947. They’re produced of 20% natural sugarcane, and 80% cotton - blended with Okinawan indigo dye.
They’re a heavier weight of 16.25oz that is rigid (un sanforized), but no need to buy 1 size bigger as they’ll shrink to the waist size stated on leather patch. Expertly detailed with green selvedge thread.
They have classic 40’s silhouette with a mid to high rise and straight ‘stovepipe’ leg which is full without being wide and an 9” leg opening.
These run a little big, but will shrink to the label size.
